香菇多糖对多西他赛联合顺铂治疗Ⅳ期宫颈癌疗效的影响

目的：研究香菇多糖对多西他赛联合顺铂（DP方案）治疗Ⅳ期宫颈癌疗效的影响。方法将Ⅳ期宫颈癌患者分为DP方案治疗组（CON组）和香菇多糖联合DP方案治疗组（LDP组），比较两组患者在疗效、不良反应、T淋巴细胞亚群和生存质量方面的差异。结果 LDP组与CON组在治疗有效率方面无明显差异，但LDP组Ⅲ～Ⅳ级和I～Ⅳ级胃肠道反应、骨髓抑制和肾功能损伤的发生率均显著低于CON组（P﹤0.05）。CON组和LDP组化疗前的CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+、生理状况、社会/家庭状况、情感状况、功能状况和附加关注评分均无明显差异（P﹥0.05），LDP组化疗后的CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、社会/家庭状况和功能状况评分均显著高于CON组（P﹤0.05），而生理状况、情感状况和附加关注评分均显著低于CON组（P﹤0.05）。结论香菇多糖可显著改善Ⅳ期宫颈癌患者的T淋巴细胞免疫状况，提高DP方案的疗效并减轻其不良反应。

Effect of lentinan on the efficacy of docetaxel combined with cisplatin in stage IV cervical cancer

Objective To evaluate the application of lentinan on the efficacy of docetaxel combined with cisplatin (DP regimen) in patients with stage IV cervical cancer. Method Patients with stage IV cervical cancer were stratified as CON group and LDP group, receiving DP regimen and lentinan+DP regimen, respectively. The curative effect, adverse reactions, T lymphocyte subset and quality of life of the two groups were compared. Result The response rates of both groups were similar, while the incidences of gastrointestinal reactions of grade III ~ IV, bone marrow suppression of grade I~IV and renal injury in LDP group were significantly lower than those in CON group (all P<0.05). The CD3+, CD4+, CD8+, CD4+/CD8+, physical conditions, social/family status, emotional status, functional status and additional inter-ests scores in the two groups before chemotherapy were comparable (all P>0.05), while the CD3+, CD4+, CD8+, social/family status and functional status scores were higher in LDP group than those in CON group (P<0.05), while the physi-cal conditions, emotional status and additional interests scores were lower than those in CON group (P<0.05). Conclusion Lentinan could significantly improve the T lymphocyte level in cervical cancer patients, enhancing the efficacy of DP reg-imen, while reducing complications.
