磷酸化应激诱导蛋白1和雌激素受体-α蛋白在甲状腺乳头状癌中的表达及相关性分析

目的：观察分析磷酸化应激诱导蛋白1（STIP1）与雌激素受体-α（ER-α）蛋白在甲状腺乳头状癌中的表达情况，分析二者与甲状腺乳头状癌发生、发展的相关性。方法选取甲状腺乳头状癌患者81例，共收集石蜡包埋乳头状癌组织81例，癌旁正常甲状腺组织15例，转移癌甲状腺组织25例，单纯桥本氏甲状腺炎（CLT）组织23例，分别为甲状腺乳头状癌组、对照组、淋巴结转移癌组、CLT组，观察各组STIP1与ER-α蛋白表达情况及相关性。结果甲状腺乳头状癌组及淋巴结转移癌组STIP1与ER-α蛋白表达阳性率均高于CLT组及对照组，组间比较差异有统计学意义（P﹤0.05）；甲状腺乳头状癌组中STIP1与ER-α蛋白表达呈正相关，比较差异具有统计学意义（r=0.614，P=0.009）。结论 STIP1与ER-α蛋白在甲状腺乳头状癌中高表达，可能参与了甲状腺乳头状癌的发生、发展与转移过程，二者表达呈正相关性，表明二者可能在甲状腺癌的发展中起到一定的协同作用，参与促进甲状腺乳头状癌的淋巴结转移。

Expression and correlation of stress induced phosphoprotein 1 and estrogen receptor alpha in papillary thyroid carcinoma

Abstracts:Objective To observe the expression of stress-induced phosphoprotein 1 (STIPI1) and estrogen receptor-α(ER-α) in papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC), and analyze the correlation between the two proteins and the occurrence, development of PTC. Method 81 cases of PTC patients were included in this study, in which there were 81 cases of pap-illary carcinoma, 15 cases with normal adjacent tissues, 25 cases of lymphatic metastasis, and 23 cases of chronic lympho-cytic thyroiditis (CLT), and then the subjects were stratified as PTC group, control group, metastasis group and CLT group accordingly, the expression and correlation of STIP1 and ER-αof each group were observed. Result The positive expression rates of STIP1 and ER-αin PTC and metastasis group were higher than those in CLT and control group (P<0.05);in PTC group, the expression of STIP1 was positively correlated with ER-αexpression, with significant difference observed (r=0.614, P=0.009). Conclusion STIP1 and ER-αare highly expressed in papillary thyroid carcinoma, which may be involved in the occurrence, development and metastasis process, and there is a positive correlation between the protein expression, facilitating the of lymph node metastasis in papillary thyroid carcinoma.
