TCT联合DNA定量分析对宫颈癌癌前病变诊断研究

目的：探讨液基薄层细胞学检查（TCT）联合DNA定量分析对宫颈癌癌前病变的筛查诊断效果。方法选取接受宫颈疾病筛查的患者648例，随机分成3组，每组216例，分别采取TCT诊断，DNA定量分析诊断和TCT联合DNA定量分析诊断，并与组织病理学诊断结果对比。结果 TCT与DNA定量分析相比，阳性符合率和特异度都较低，差异有统计学意义（P﹤0.05）；TCT联合DNA定量分析与DNA定量分析、TCT相比，敏感度最高，但是特异度较低，差异均有统计学意义（P﹤0.05）。结论相对于TCT诊断，DNA定量分析和联合诊断两种诊断方法都能够有效的诊断出患者的宫颈癌癌前病变，联合检查的诊断效果最为明显。

TCT combined with DNA quantitative analysis in screening precancerous cervical lesions

Objective To discuss the role of ThinPrep cytology test (TCT) combined with quantitative analysis of DNA in precancerous cervical lesions screening. Method 648 patients were included in this analysis, and were random-ized into three groups with 216 patients in each, taking TCT alone, quantitative analysis of DNA alone, and TCT+DNA quantitative analysis, respectively. Result TCT and quantitative analysis of DNA compared to positive consistent rate, sensitivity [deleted. English with change] and specificity are low and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), TCT combined with quantitative analysis of DNA and DNA quantitative analysis, TCT compared [into the highest sensi-tivity, the English language changed] the highest sensitivity but low specificity, the differences were statistically signifi-cant (P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with TCT, both DNA quantitative analysis alone and combined diagnosis are capa-ble of determining the precancerous cervical lesions effectively, while the combined diagnosis is the most reliable one in screening.
