摘    要:目的:探讨三阴性乳腺癌组织中信号转导因子及转录活化因子3(STAT3)、雄激素受体(AR)、基质金属蛋白酶-13(MMP-13)表达与预后状况的关系。方法选取三阴性乳腺癌患者组织180例作为研究组,同期选取行乳腺纤维腺瘤切除术患者正常乳腺组织160例作为对照组,采用免疫组织化学SP法检测STAT3、AR、MMP-13表达情况。结果研究组STAT3、AR、MMP-13阳性表达率明显高于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。STAT3、AR、MMP-13评分与TNM分期、腋窝淋巴结转移呈正相关(P﹤0.05),与组织学分化程度呈负相关(P﹤0.05)。经Cox多因素分析显示,STAT3、AR、MMP-13阳性表达与TNM分期、组织学分级、淋巴结转移均为TNBC患者预后的影响因素。结论三阴性乳腺癌组织STAT3、AR、MMP-13阳性表达明显增高,且可能与临床病理特征与预后状况具有紧密的关系。

Abstract:Objective To study the correlation between the expression of signal transducer and activator of transcrip-tion 3 (STAT3), androgen receptor (AR), matrix metalloproteinase-13 (MMP-13) expression in triple negative breast can-cer (TNBC) tissues and the prognosis. Method 180 patients with TNBC were enrolled as study group, while another 160 patients with normal breast tissue and had breast fibroadenoma resection during the same period were included as control group;Immunohistochemical SP method was applied to detect the expression level of STAT3, AR, and MMP-13. Result The positive expression rate of STAT3, AR and MMP-13 in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Besides, STAT3, AR, and MMP-13 scores were positively correlated with TNM stage, and ax-illary lymph node metastasis (P<0.05), though negatively correlated with histological differentiation (P<0.05). In Cox multivariate analysis, the positive expression of STAT3, AR, and MMP-13, TNM stage, histological grade, and lymph node metastasis were all factors influencing the prognosis of TNBC patients. Conclusion The positive expression of STAT3, AR and MMP-13 was significantly increased in the triple negative breast cancer tissues, which may be closely re-lated to the clinicopathological characteristics and prognosis.
