加速康复外科护理对宫颈癌行腹腔镜下子宫广泛切除术患者术后康复水平的影响研究

目的：分析加速康复外科护理理念应用于宫颈癌行腹腔镜下子宫广泛切除术患者围术期中的临床效果。方法将90例宫颈癌行腹腔镜下子宫广泛切除术患者，随机分为FTS组和对照组各45例。对照组患者行常规护理，FTS组患者在常规护理的基础上加入加速康复外科护理理念。分析对比两组患者术后康复情况。结果 FTS组患者首次下床活动时间、首次排气时间、排便时间、术后平均住院时间、平均住院费用均少于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P﹤0.01）。FTS组并发症发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P﹤0.05）。结论加速康复护理理念应用于宫颈癌行腹腔镜下子宫广泛切除术患者，有利于患者康复，缩短患者术后恢复时间，减少平均住院费用，并且降低患者并发症发生率。

Effect of fast track surgery on postoperative rehabilitation after laparoscopic uterus extensive resection in patients with cervical cancer

Objective To analyze the clinical effects of fast track surgery on the nursing care during the perioperative period of laparoscopic uterus extensive resection in patients with cervical cancer. Method 90 patients with cervical can-cer undergoing laparoscopic uterus extensive resection were randomized as study group, i.e., fast track surgery (FTS) group and control group, with 45 cases in each. FTS concept was adopted in the study group during the daily care, while the conventional perioperative nursing procedures were used in the control group. Postoperative rehabilitation of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Result The time to ambulation, time to first flatus, time to first defecation, average hospital stay, and average expenditure in the study group were significantly shorter or less than those of the control group (P<0.01);And the incidence of complications in FTS Group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclu-sion The fast track surgery concept is safe and effective for patients with cervical cancer undergoing laparoscopic uterus extensive resection, which may promote the rehabilitation, reduce postoperative hospital stay and the overall cost.
