| 摘 要： | 水通道蛋白是动植物细胞膜上转运水的特异性孔道,目前发现至少有8种在消化系统有表达。水通道蛋白表达的异常已被证实与临床许多疾病有密切关系,因此其表达的调节及调节机制也至关重要。

| Abstract: | The aquaporin protein is the specific passageway in the zoology and botany cell membrane transporting water.At present,at least 8 isoforms have been found to express in digestive system.The abnormal expression of AQPs have been confirmed to have close relationship with many clinical diseases,therefore its expression and regulation is also very important. |
