| 摘 要： | 为顺应时代的需要，新世纪版《伤寒论》讲义改名为“伤寒学”，其篇章名称及全书的体例、内容与以往教材有所不同，这些变动有值得商榷之处。伤寒学与《伤寒论》学是两个不同的学术范畴，《伤寒论》教材改名“伤寒学”名实不符。《伤寒论》开创了病证结合论治的先河，篇章名“某某病辨证论治”不如“辨某某病脉证并治”贴切。认为《伤寒论》的教学研究应充分尊重原著。

| Abstract: | The new edition of Treatise on Exogenous Febrile Diseases has been renamed as Study of Exogenous Febrile Diseases, with different layout and content. These changes are open to discussion. The study of the exogenous febrile diseases is different in category from treatise of exogenous febrile diseases, and therefore the new name of the book is not accurate. Treatise on Exogenous Febrile Diseases has initiated the practice of combining diseases with syndromes, and due respect should be shown to this classical work in the original. |
