激素替代疗法的用药分析

目的 分析激素替代治疗(hormone replacement therapy therapy,HRT)药物在浙江大学医学院附属妇产科医院(浙医妇院)的用药情况,了解其与人们对生命质量的重视程度与经济能力的关系。方法 收集了浙医妇院1997—2001年HRT用药,进行纵向比较,并与同时期杭州地区的用药作横向比较以及医保前后的用药比较。采用趋势检验与卡方检验。结果 1997—2001年浙医妇院的HRT用药量的格局有显著变化,尼尔雌醇片的用量均呈逐年减少(P<0.01),而补佳乐片的用量逐年增多(P<0.01),倍美力片的用量在1998年较1997年有显著增加(P<0.01),以后用量趋于平稳;杭州地区的尼尔雌醇片用量显著高于浙医妇院,而补佳乐片和倍美力片的用量显著低于浙医妇院;医保前后各类HRT用药无显著变化。结论 HRT用药发生显著变化,其主要影响因素是人们对生命质量的重视程度与经济能力。

Analyzing Amount of the Medicines for Hormone Replacement Therapy

OBJECTIVE The aim of this study is to analyze amount of the medicines for hormone replacement therapy (HRT) in Affiliated women hospital Zhejiang University. METHODS The data of amount of the medicines for HRT from 1997 to 2001 in the women hospital were collected. Longitudinal and transverse comparisons were done to determine the changes of the amount. The tendency test and chi-square test were used. RESULTS The amount of the medicines for HRT in the hospital changed significantly.The amount of nilestriol tablets decreasenwhile that of Progynova and Conjugated Estrogens Tablets increased ( P < 0.01) .The amount of nilestriol tablets in the women hospital was much more than that in Hangzhou orea( P < 0.01). There were no changes in amount of the medicines for HRT between before medical insurance reform and after that. CONCLUSION The amount of the medicines for HRT has changed greatly, which was mainly due to the shift of attitudes to quality of life and economic level of the people.
