颅内脑电图与脑电图和脑电地形图的对照研究

摘    要:目的:为促进我国颅内脑电图事业的发展。方法:对11例癫痫病人实行IEEG和EEG、BEAM的对照研究。结果:11例癫痫病人均出现棘、尖波等痫性放电,但IEEG定位比EEG和BEAM更精确。讨论:癫痫源灶的波形特征为棘(尖)波,而原发性棘波具有波形尖锐、周期短、波幅高、常为负相棘波、出现时间最早、范围较局限、突出背景活动和背景活动异常等特征。

Abstract:Objective: To promot the development of cause of IEEG in our country. Method: Contrast study of IEEG and EEG, BEAM was processed in 11 patients with epilepsy . Results: All patients showed spike , sharp waves etc epileptiform discharge but localigation of IEEG is more accurate than that of EEG and BEAM. Conclusion: The feature of primarg epilepsy focus was mainly spike (sharp) wave. Primary spike wave have the features of sharp wave form. Short cycle, high amplitude, negative spike wave, the first appearance, localiged region, outstanding backgraund activity and abnormal backgraund activity etc.
