| 摘 要： | 目前,国内医院已基本完成了医院管理信息系统,下一步的重点将转向医院临床信息系统的建设.电子病历作为临床信息系统最核心、最重要的组成部分,已在国内一些医院建立起来.文章介绍了电子病历及其渊源、特点,并对电子病历中的信息集成、结构化、编辑器和模板进行了探讨.

| Abstract: | At present,hospitals in China have basically completed hospital management information system(HMIS).The next focus is to shift to construct a clinical information system(CIS).As the core and the most important component of CIS,electronic medical record(EMR) has been established in some hospitals in China.This article introduces EMR as well as its origin and characteristics,and also discusses information integration,structure,editor and templates in the application of EMR. |
