56例利巴韦林注射剂严重不良反应分析

目的：对利巴韦林注射剂严重药品不良反应病例报告的统计、分析，为促进临床用药安全提供参考。方法：采用病例回顾性研究方法对黑龙江省药品不良反应监测数据库中的某时间段收集到的56例利巴韦林注射剂严重药品不良反应报告进进行统计与分析。结果：各年龄段组均有不良反应发生，严重不良反应的主要损害以全身性损害、呼吸系统损害和中枢及外周神经系统损害等为主，其中以过敏性休克、呼吸困难、憋气、喉头水肿等为主要严重不良表现。结论：应加强利巴韦林注射剂的合理使用和监测，以避免不良反应发生，保障人民群众用药安全。

Analysis on 56 cases of serious adverse drug reaction induced by Ribavirin injection

Objective:In order to provide reference for clinical rational use of Ribavirin injection by analysis of56 reports of serious drug adverse reaction induced by Ribavirin injection.Methods:The adverse drug reaction(ADR) cases of Ribavirin injection in Heilongjian Province ADR monitoring database were retrieved and analyzed statically.Results:ADRs of Ribavirin were in every age group.The Serious ADR Of Ribavirin injection involved to systemic damage,suction system damage and the central and peripheral nervous system damage,etc,the one to anaphylactic shock,breathing difficulties,apnea,laryngeal edema as the main serious adverse performance.Conclusion:We should enhance the rational use and monitoring of Ribavirin injection to avoid adverse reactions.
