| 摘 要： | 目的探讨小儿扁桃体腺样体肥大手术的护理措施。方法选取96例扁桃体腺样体肥大患儿,术前做好各项准备,加强心理护理;术中对患儿口吐渗液颜色进行观察,加强心理护理与体位护理;术后对患儿生命体征进行重点观察,加强并发症的护理,保持患儿呼吸道通畅性,并进行饮食指导。结果本组96例患儿术中各项生命体征均较为平稳,术后恢复情况良好,无1例患儿发生并发症状。结论针对实施扁桃体腺样体肥大术手术患儿,采取严密、正确、有效的措施进行护理,可有效降低患儿术中并发症发生率,减少患儿痛苦。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the Pediatric Adenoid and tonsil hypertrophy operation nursing measures.Methods A total of 96 cases in children with adenoid and tonsil hypertrophy,preoperative preparation,strengthen the psychological nursing of children;intraoperative spit liquid color were observed,strengthen psychological nursing and nursing of postoperative vital signs;the children we observed,strengthen the nursing complication,keep children respiratory tract unobstructed,and diet guide.Results In this group of 96 patients during the vital signs are stable,postoperative recovery was good,no 1 patients complicated by symptoms.Conclusion In view of the implementation of adenoid and tonsil hypertrophy in children with surgical operation,strict,accurate,and effective measures in nursing,can effectively reduce the occurrence of complications in children,reduced pain in children. |
