一所传染病医院医务人员手卫生现状调查

目的了解传染病医院医务人员手卫生执行和手卫生措施状况,分析影响因素,制定手卫生措施。方法通过单盲法调查和现场查看方式,对山西省某传染病专科医院医务人员手卫生措施及其执行情况进行了调查。结果在2009-2011年连续3年期间,该医院临床医生手卫生执行率总平均为49.2%～65.6%;护士手卫生执行率总平均为69.0%～83.4%。至2011年,该医院感应式水龙头配置率为37.5%,但所有科室都配备了洗手液和手消毒剂。但该医院医务人员洗手液和手消毒剂的使用率均在20%以下。结论该传染病医院医务人员手卫生执行率呈上升趋势,但总体偏低,洗手装置和手卫生方式均比较落后,应加强管理。

SURVEY ON THE CURRENT SITUATION OF HAND HYGIENE OF MEDICAL STAFF IN AN INFECTIOUS HOSPITAL

Objective To understand the execution and current situation of hand hygiene methods and to analyze the influential factors so as to improve the hand hygiene methods.Methods Single-blind investigation and viewing on the scene were used to investigate the execution of hand hygiene of medical staff in an infectious special hospital in Linfen Shanxi.Results During three continuous years of 2009-2011,the average execution rates of hand hygiene of clinical doctors in this hospital were from 49.2%～65.6%;those of nurses were from 69.0～83.4%.Until year 2011,the allocation rate of induction type water tap was 37.5%,and all the departments had equipped with handwashing liquid and hand disinfection.The usage rates of handwashing liquid and hand disinfectants of medical staff in this hospital were below 20%.Conclusion The execution rate of hand hygiene of medical staff in this infectious hospital has taken on a rising trend,while it is comparatively low on the whole.The hand washing allocation and hand washing methods are relatively backward,so management should be strengthened.
