创伤外科重症监护室医院感染因素分析

目的了解创伤外科重症监护室医院感染危险因素,采取有效的干预措施。方法采取回顾性调查的方法,对某急救中心2011年1月-10月创伤外科住院1周以上病人医院感染患者进行了调查与分析。结果调查期间该中心共有住院1周以上患者456例,发生医院感染124例、182例次,医院感染率为27.19%、例次感染率为39.91%。感染部位以下呼吸道感染居首位,构成比为95.05%;感染病原菌以铜绿假单胞菌居首位,占21.43%。创伤外科病人50岁以上感染患者占54.03%,感染病人中有35.48%为两种或两种以上细菌重叠感染。结论急救中心创伤外科病人医院感染率较高,呼吸道感染居多,铜绿假单胞菌感染居多,存在细菌重叠感染。

ANALYSIS OF HOSPITAL INFECTION FACTORS IN INTENSIVE CARE UNIT OF TRAUMATOLOGY DEPARTMENT

Objective To understand risk factors of hospital infections in intensive care unit of traumatology department so as to take effective prevention measures.Methods Retrospective study was used to monitor and analyze hospital infection patients that hospitalized for over one week in traumatology department from January to October in 2011 in our center.Results There were 456 patients hospitalized for over one week in our center during this survey.124 cases and 182 case/times hospital infections happened and the hospital infection rate and case/times infection rate were 27.19% and 39.91% respectively.The main infection site was lower respiratory and the constituent ratio was 95.05%.The main pathogenic bacteria was Pseudomonas aeruginosa that accounting for 21.43%.The infection patient over 50 years old accounted for 54.03% and 35.48% of infections were superinfection of two or over two bacteria.Conclusion The hospital infection rate of intensive care unit of traumatology department is high and most are respiratory tract infections.Infections with Pseudomonas aeruginosa are the most and there are superinfections.
