| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨输卵管结扎术后腹壁窦道的治疗方法。方法：13例患者均采用“切除窦道、清洁脓腔；排除异物、开放换药；强化抗炎、支持疗法”的原则进行治疗。结果：13例患者平均住院时间22天，均治愈。结论：对输卵管结扎术后腹壁窦道长期不愈合者，必须施行彻底切除术。

| Abstract: | Objective： To explore the treatment methods of abdominal wall sinus after tubal ligation. Methods： Treating 13 cases of patients by excising the sinus. Results.. The 13 patients are all cured after staying in the hospital for 22 days on average. Conclusion. We should excise the sinus to cure the disease of abdominal wall sinus after tubal ligation. |
