小剂量沙丁胺醇治疗感染后咳嗽的疗效分析

目的分析小剂量沙丁胺醇在感染后咳嗽中的临床治疗作用。方法选择我院门诊部2007年1～12月感染后咳嗽患者200例为研究对象,随机分为治疗组（100例）,对照组（100例）。治疗组除常规治疗外,给予硫酸沙丁胺醇片2.4mg,口服,1d3次;对照组予常规治疗。结果运用沙丁胺醇治疗组的咳嗽治疗有效率明显增加,2组疗效相比有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论加用小剂量沙丁胺醇片可以有效地治疗感染后咳嗽症状。

Curative Effect Analysis of Curing Infected Cough With Small Dosage of Salbutamol

Objective Analyze the clinical effect of small dosage of salbutamol used in curing the infected cough.Methods Selcte 200 patients having infected cough during January～December,2009 from our clinic as research object,and divide these patients randomly as curing group（100 patients） and controlled group（100 patients）.Give sulfuricacid salbutamol tablet（2.4mg,oral,three times per day） to the curing group except conventional treatment;give conventional treatment to the controlled group.Results The cough treatment efficiency increased clearly for curing group taking the salbutamol.The curative effect comparison between the two groups is statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Add small dosage of salbutamol tablet can treat the infected cough effectively.
