德阳市中心血站无偿献血血液报废原因及预防对策

目的探讨德阳市中心血站无偿献血血液报废原因及预防对策。方法按卫生部要求对2005至2007年德阳市中心血站无偿献血血液进行血液各种检测项目的初、复检并且进行物理外观检查,对血液报废的原因进行分类、统计。结果2005至2007年度德阳市参加无偿献血者共72150人,其中2005年20892人,2006年23656人,2007年27602人;各年血液报废情况分别为7.53%、6.91%、6.39%,总报废率逐渐降低,实验室检测不合格以ALT为主要因素,其次是梅毒、HbsAg、抗-HCV;HbsAg、抗-HCV呈逐年下降趋势。物理外观检查不合格中以乳糜血和过期为主要原因。结论为减少血液报废,节约血源,针对血液报废的各种因素,采取针对性措施以有效降低血液报废:加强献血知识和献血注意事项的宣传、加强献血者咨询体检工作、规范血液采集、分离、运输等各环节操作和质量管理体系的建设和实施,加强血液库存调控策略的实施。

The Reason and the Strategy to Prevent Blood Discarding in Gratis Blood Donation in Deyang Blood Center

Objective To discuss the reason and how to prevent blood discarding in non-remunerated blood donation in Deyang blood center. Methods According to the requirements of the health ministry, we did various preliminary and secondary test on the non-remunerated blood in Deyang blood center ,then classify and statistic the reason of blood discarding. Results Druing 2005-2007, there are 72150 people participated in graic blood donation in which 20892 people in 2005, 23656 people in 2006 and 27602 people in 2007; the rates of blood discarding reduced gradually, they are 7.53%. 6.91%. 6.39% seperately.ALT as the main failure factor in Laboratory testing, followed by syphilis, HbsAg, anti-HCV; HbsAg, anti-HCV which showed a downward trend year by year. Chylous blood and expired are the main failure reasons in physical examination. Conclusions In order to reduce the blood discarding and save blood, we need to take specific measures to reduce blood discarding on the base of various factors; strenghten the publicity of the knowledge and the notes of blood donation, highlight the consultation and physical examination of the blood donators, standardize the operation of blood collection, separation, transportation and other aspects, standardize the construction and the implementation of the quality management system, strengthen the implementation of the blood inventory control strategy.
