透明质酸钠治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效观察

目的 评价透明质酸钠（ｓｙｎｖｉｓｃ／施沛特）治疗膝骨性关节炎（ＯＡ）的临床疗效及其安全性，并探讨其机制。方法 透明质酸钠治疗组（Ａ组）膝关节内注射ｓｙｎｖｉｓｃ２ｍｌ或施沛特２ｍｌ每周１次，共４次，３１天后与观察组（Ｂ组给予常规治疗）对比，膝关节压痛指数，关节肿胀指数，膝关节蹲起痛，何处痛及膝关节骨摩擦音５项指标情况作疗效评价。并检查血常规，尿常规，肝肾功能情况。结果 治疗前Ａ，Ｂ两组间一般资料及各项指标无明显差异。治疗后Ａ组５项指标较治疗前均有显著改善。Ｂ组除蹲起痛、骨摩擦音两项外也有显著改善。Ａ组未发生严重危及生命 的不良反应，肝肾功能未见异常。结论 透明质酸钠治疗膝ＯＡ近期疗效满意。远期疗效尚待进一步观察。

The observation of curative effect of synvisc in treating knee osteoarthritis

Objective To evaluate the curative effect and safety of synvisc in treating knee osteoarthritis and discuss the mechanism.Methods In group A(treatment group),injected the synvisc 2ml into articular cavity of the patients once a week.After 31 days,compared with group B(control group,treated by routing way),we evaluated the effect of synvisc by observing the signs of touching tender,knee joint swollen indication,squating pain of knee,rest pain,frication of knee articular and examined blood,urine routing test and functions of liver and kidney.Results There was no difference in every indication between group A and group B before treatment,after treated by synvisc the five indications of patients of group A were improved,the conditions of group B were also improved except squating pain and frication of articular.No bad reaction that endangers life happened,the functions of liver and kidney were normal.Conclusion The curative effect of synisc to osteoarthritis in near future is satified and effect in long term will be investigated.
