| 摘 要： | 目的 建立高效液相色谱法测定复方莪术油微乳凝胶中牻牛儿酮的含量.方法 采用依利特BDS-C18柱(4.6 mm×200 mm,5μm);以乙腈-水(70∶30,v/v)为流动相;流速1.0 mL· min-;柱温35℃;检测波长210 nm;进样量20 μL.结果 在该色谱条件下,阴性样品对测定无干扰,牻牛儿酮在0.169 6～0.848 μg与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.9995);平均回收率为99.4％(n=9),RSD=1.1％.结论 本法简便、快速、准确、专属性好,可用于复方莪术油微乳凝胶中牻牛儿酮含量测定.

| Abstract: | Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of germaerone in compound Zedoary Turmeric oil microemulsion–based gel.Methods The BDS-C18(4.6 mm×200 mm,5 μm)column was used.The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water(70 : 30,v/v) at 1.0 mL · min-1;the column temperature was 35 ℃,the detection wavelength was 210 nm and the injection volume was 20 μL.Results Under this chromatographic condition,the negative samples did not interfere.The method had good linearity at 0.169 6-0.848 μg for germaerone(r=0.999 5).The average recovery was 99.4%(n=9),RSD=1.1%.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and reproducible.It can be used for the quality control of compound Zedoary Turmeric oil microemulsion-based gel. |
