| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨经济发达地区乡镇卫生院开展养老服务的可行性.方法:采用分层整群随机抽样的方法抽取8个村,对辖区内60岁以上老人进行入户调查.结果:共回收有效问卷1 382份,有效率94.14％；老年人最需要的养老服务中,生活照料和医疗健康服务分别为48.9％和43.2％；最希望的养老方式中,依托子女居家养老和入住养老机构分别71.6％和22.9％.结论:经济发达地区乡镇卫生院开展养老服务能带来良好的社会效益和经济效益,并具有明显优势,需要在医保政策上给予支持.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the feasibility of pension service in township hospital in developed regions.Methods The stratified cluster random sampling was used to choose 8 villages,and all the people over the age of 60 were.selected as investigation objects when household survey was carried out.Results Totally 1,382 valid questionnaires were collected,with an efficiency rate of 94.14%.Of the most needed pension services,life care and medical services were 48.9% and 43.2%;and of the most promising pension way,home care and stay pension institutions were 71.6% and 22.9%.Conclusion Carrying out the pension service in township hospitals of developed regions can bring about social and economic benefits,which has obvious advantages and should be supported by health insurance policy. |
