摘    要:目的 建立玄麦甘桔颗粒中甘草酸的检测方法.方法 色谱条件为C18色谱柱;柱温为室温;流动相为甲醇-0.2 mol·L-1醋酸铵溶液-冰醋酸(65∶35∶1);流速1 mL·min-1;检测波长250 nm.结果 甘草酸在0.139~0.695 μg具有良好的线性关系(r=0.999 2),加样回收率为95.4%o (RSD为2.7%,n=6).结论 该方法简便,准确度高,可有效控制玄麦甘桔颗粒的质量.

Abstract:Objective To establish an HPLC method to determine the glycyrrhizic acid content in Xuanmai Ganjie Keli.Methods HPLC was used to detect the glycyrrhizic acid content in Xuanmai Ganjie Keli with C18 column(250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm).The mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.2 mol·L-1 ammonium acetate solution-glacial acetic acid(65∶35∶1).The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 and column temperature was room temperature.The detecting wavelength was 250 nm.Results The method was linear at 0.139-0.695 μg·mL-1 for glycyrrhizic acid(r= 0.999 2).The average recovery was 95.4%,RSD = 2.7%(n=6).Conclusion The method is convenient and accurate,which can be applied for the content determination of glycyrrhizic acid and the quality control of Xuanmai Ganjie Keli.
