摘    要:目的 优化大孔树脂分离纯化穿山龙薯蓣总皂苷的工艺,探讨有效纯化穿山龙薯蓣总皂苷的途径.方法 以总皂苷为考察指标,采用静态吸附、静态洗脱2种方法,优选性能最佳的大孔吸附树脂,对其工艺进行筛选,确定分离纯化穿山龙薯蓣皂苷的最佳工艺参数.结果 D-101型大孔吸附树脂对总皂苷具有最佳的分离纯化性能,工艺参数为:径高比=1∶8,流速2 BV· h-1,洗脱剂为70%乙醇,洗脱剂用量定为4BV.结论 该工艺参数稳定、可靠,分离纯化效果良好,可为生产实践提供理论依据.

Abstract:Objective To optimize the separation and purification technology of total saponin from dioscorea nipponica by macroporous resin,and explore the effective way of purification dioscorea nipponica total saponin.Methods Total saponin was used as the index.Static adsorption and static elution methods were used to choose macroporous adsorption resin and determine the optimal process parameters.Results D-101 macroporous adsorption resin had the best performance for separation and purification of total saponin.The process parameter was: the ratio of diameter to height=1∶8,2 BV·h-1,the eluent was 70% ethanol,eluent dose at 4 BV.Conclusion The optimized extract craft is stable with good reproducibility.
