模拟演练提高护士急救综合能力的应用与效果

目的：探讨模拟演练提高护士急救综合能力的效果。方法：对长兴县人民医院18个科室54名护士进行为期3个月的急救培训,培训前后分别对受训护士进行急救理论、急救技能及综合能力考核,并采用自制问卷调查培训效果。结果：培训后护士的理论成绩、操作成绩、综合能力明显优于培训前（P〈0.01）。问卷调查显示：92.4%的医生对护士的抢救配合表示满意,95.6%的医生认为有必要进行急救模拟培训;100%的受训护士认为模拟演练能提高自身的急救能力、96.3%认为能增强团队协作精神、92.6%认为明显提高分析问题、解决问题的能力。结论：模拟演练是提高临床护士急救意识和综合能力的有效方法,是一套比较适应当前急救护理培训的新模式。

Application and effect of simulation exercise to improve emergency comprehensive ability of ward nurses

Objective To explore the effect of simulation exercise on improving emergency comprehensive ability of ward nurses.Methods Emergency training was conducted among 54 ward nurses from 18 departments for three months,who had the test of emergency theory,first aid skills and comprehensive ability before and after the training and self-made questionnaire was used to evaluate the effect of training.Results After the training,the scores of the nurses on theory,operation and comprehensive ability were better than before(P<0.01).The questionnaire survey showed that 92.4% of the doctors were satisfied with their rescue,95.6% thought it necessary to have the first aid simulation training.All of the trained nurses agreed that simulation exercises could improve their first aid ability,96.3% of them thought that could enhance their teamwork,and 92.6% thought that obviously improved their ability to analyze and solve problems.Conclusion Simulating exercise is an effective method to improve emergency consciousness and comprehensive ability for clinical nurses,which is a new mode of current first aid training.
