| 摘 要： | 目的：分析和探讨精神疾病社区康复项目化管理方案对精神疾病康复的管理成效。方法：从社区医生综合平台中获取精神疾病患者监测数据资料,利用统计软件SPSS13.0进行统计分析。结果：项目化管理方案实施后精神疾病患者的规范建档人数分别为355人,精神病患者检出率、监护率、显好率、社会参与率、肇事肇祸率分别为6.05‰、99.72%、98.59%、93.24%、0.00%,均高于实施前（P〈0.05）。结论：实行项目化管理对社区精神疾病康复具有明显效果,对精神疾病患者的康复工作开展具有积极意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To assess the effect of project-management model on psychiatric prevention and therapy in Jiangshan town.Methods Data about psychiatric patients were obtained from platform of community doctors and analyzed by SPSS13.0 software.Results After the project-management model was brought into practice,the number of registered cards for psychosis was 355.Accordingly,the supervision rate,improvement rate,society participation rate had significantly increased(P<0.05),and the disturbance creating rate of violence was 0%(P<0.05).Conclusion The project-management model is effective in controlling psychosis.And it also shows great significance in comprehensive prevention of psychosis in community. |
