| 摘 要： | 目的 临床药师通过对1例尿毒症并发抗生素脑病患者进行药学监护,发挥其在治疗团队中的作用.方法 通过对患者进行全程药学监护,监测相关指标和不良反应,及时给出调整建议,评价治疗效果.结果 临床药师通过对该患者实施药学监护,提高了药物治疗的安全性和有效性,提高了患者的依从性.结论 通过参与临床实践,临床药师为合理用药提供了帮助,使患者获得优良的药学服务.

| Abstract: | Objective Clinical pharmacists exert its action through participating in the treatment of 1 uremia patient with antibiotics encephalopathy.Methods According to the whole course pharmaceutical care for the patient,clinical pharmacists monitored relevant indicators and adverse reaction,gave adjustment advice to the doctors timely and evaluated the efficacy of the treatment.Results Through implementation of pharmaceutical care,clinical pharmacists can improve the safety and efficacy of drugs as well as the patient compliance.Conclusion Through participating in clinical practice,clinical pharmacist play an important role in the rational use of drugs,and help patients get excellent pharmacy services. |
