杭州市余杭区居民甲状腺结节异常情况调查

目的：了解余杭区居民人群中甲状腺结节的异常率及结节特征。方法：采用分层整群随机抽样方法确定调查对象,对1 105名常住居民进行甲状腺高分辨率超声检查、问卷调查,对检出甲状腺结节患者采血,进行甲状腺功能七项的检测。结果：甲状腺结节检出率为27.42%,女性检出率明显高于男性,结节检出率随年龄增长呈增加趋势。甲状腺结节以直径不到1cm的小结节为主,检出结节的人群中甲状腺功能指标异常率为28.71%。结论：甲状腺结节在人群中检出率较高,以单发的小结节为主,女性高于男性,结节患病率随年龄增长而增加。检出结节的人群中甲状腺功能指标异常率为28.71%。

residents Abnormal thyroid nodules survey among residents in Yuhang district,Hangzhou city

Objective To know about the abnormal rate of thyroid nodules and nodule characteristics among residents in Yuhang District.Methods A stratified random sampling method was used for the survey.A total of 1105 permanent residents had high-resolution thyroid ultrasonography tests and a questionnaire survey.Detection of blood was conducted in patients with thyroid nodules,and seven items of thyroid function test were taken.Results The thyroid nodules detection rate was 27.42%,higher in females than in males.Nodules detection rate tended to increase with age.Thyroid nodules were mainly small ones less than 1 cm in diameter,The rate of abnormal function indexes was 28.71% among population diagnosed thyroid nodules.Conclusion The detection rate of thyroid nodules is a bit high among population in Yuhang district,with characteristics of small nodules,more in women than in men,and the prevalence of nodules increased with age.
