| 摘 要： | 目的 建立吲哚美辛微乳中吲哚美辛的含量测定方法.方法 采用反相高效液相色谱法,以甲醇-水-冰醋酸=73∶27:0.05为流动相,检测波长254nm,流速1.0mL·min-1.结果 吲哚美辛在3.349-33.49 μg·mL-1与峰面积线性关系良好,r=0.9999.平均回收率为95.4％,RSD为2.2％.结论 该法简便、快速、重复性好,可用于吲哚美辛微乳中吲哚美辛的含量测定.

| Abstract: | Objective To establish an RP-HPLC method to determine the indomethacin in indomethacin microemulsion.Methods RP-HPLC was used with the mobile phase consisting of methanol-water-acetic acid(73∶27∶0.05),the detective wavelength was 254 nm.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1.Results Indomethacin was linear at 3.349-33.49 μg·mL-1,r=0.999 9,the recovery of indomethacin was 95.4% and RSD was 2.2%.Conclusion The method is simple,rapid,accurate and reliable.It can be used to control the quality of indomethacin microemulsion. |
