| 摘 要： | 目的：评价采用地塞米松根管封药防治根管治疗期间急症的临床效果。方法：选择183例根管治疗中,根管充填后,急性尖周炎致患牙疼痛、叩疼明显者,以及预计有根管治疗期间急症发生者,根据病情分为两组,分别采用根管内给药和牙周膜给药。结果：地塞米松对根管治疗期间急症的防治有效率高达97.27%。结论：地塞米松能有效预防根管治疗期间急症的发生,降低根管治疗期间急症的疼痛。

| Abstract: | Objective To appraise the effect of adopting dexamethasone to seal off the root canal on preventing endodontic interappointment emergencies(EIE).Methods A hundred and eighty-three cases of root canal treatment were enrolled.After root canal filling,they were divided into two groups,a group with patients with obvious teeth pain caused by acute periapical inflammatory pain and a group with potential EIE patients,in whom dexamethasome was administered in root canal and periodontal membrane,respectively.Results The effective rate of dexamethasone on controlling endodontic interappointment emergencies was up to 97.27%.Conclusion Dexamethasene can effectively prevent the occurrence of endodontic interappomtment emergencies and relieve teeth pain. |
