| 摘 要： | 目的 完善祖师麻药材的质量标准.方法 对祖师麻药材的性状和粉末特征进行显微观察及薄层鉴别,采用HPLC法测定祖师麻中祖师麻甲素、紫丁香苷含量.结果 显微观察的粉末组织特征、薄层色谱方法可作为鉴定依据,祖师麻甲素和紫丁香苷分别在0.105 6～3.168 0 mg、0.008 656～0.259 68 mg与其峰面积呈良好线性关系；平均回收率(n=6)分别为92.8％,93.7％.结论 该方法简便、重现性好,可用于祖师麻的质量控制.

| Abstract: | Objective To improve the quality standard of Daphne giraldii.Methods The charater of Daphne giraldii was observed by powder microscope.HPLC method was used to determine daphnetin and syringin.Results Microscopic characteristic of medicinal powder of Daphne giraldii and TLC methods found its reliable identification.The calibration cure of daphnetin and syrings was linear at 0.105 6-3.168 0 mg,and 0.008 656-0.259 68 mg.The average recovery rates were 92.8%,and 93.7%.Conclusion The method is simple and accurate with good reproducibility,which can be used as a quality control method for Daphne giraldii. |
