代谢综合征的中医药特色社区干预效果研究

目的:采用中医防治方法综合干预代谢综合征患者,并评价其控制高血压、糖尿病、脂代谢异常和肥胖的效果.方法:从糖尿病流行病学筛查中获得代谢综合征患者人群,招募自愿参加研究实验者共648例.将其分为强化干预组和对照组各324人.对强化干预组施于中医知识和生活方式干预的讲座和小组锻炼活动及团队医生随访；在辨证论治的基础上,以耳穴或中药茶饮治疗为主；对照组则按日常工作要求管理.结果:干预组病人的知晓率、治疗规范率、体育锻炼、饮食控制率高于对照组.而空腹血糖和甘油三酯水平则低于对照组,干预组前后比较甘油三酯和体质指数明显降低,血压水平得到很好的控制.结论:在社区对代谢综合征病人开展中医健康教育、中医用药及生活方式干预,为改善代谢综合征病人的行为和健康状况起到了积极的作用.

Community intervention effect of metabolism syndrome characteristic of traditional Chinese medicine

Objective To control hypertension,diabetes,abnormal metabolism,and weight by comprehensive interventions in patients with metabolic syndrome through life style,traditional Chinese medicinal drugs and health education.Methods Totally 648 patients with metabolic syndrome who were screened through epidemiological survey of diabetics were randomly divided into intervention group(324 cases) and control group(324 cases),and in the intervention group a series of intervention measures such as Chinese medicine knowledge lectures,group interventions of life style,team doctors’ follow-up,ear acupuncture points,traditional Chinese drugs on the basis of the body constitution identification by Chinese medicine,had been adopted.Results After the intervention,health knowledge awareness rate,normal treatment rate,physical training rate and diet control rate of the intervention group were obviously higher than those of the control group,and the level of FPG and triglyceride were obviously lower than those of the control group.BMI and triglyceride after the intervention were significantly lower than before,and level of BP was also controlled as well.Conclusion Interventions of life style,traditional Chinese medicinal drugs and health education play positive role in the improvement of the healthy conditions and behaviors of patients with metabolic syndrome in community.
