宁波市2004-2010年新发麻风疫情分析

目的：对2004-2010年宁波市新发现的麻风患者进行回顾性分析,为进一步防治麻风提供依据。方法：调查新发现的麻风病患者相关情况并进行统计分析。结果：2004-2010年新发现麻风患者26人,男17人,女9人;年平均发现率为0.0446/10万,多菌型占84.62%;23例为散发输入性病例,确诊发病年龄平均为31.05岁,平均延迟期为16.92个月,家庭内接触感染9例,皮肤科门诊发现24例,患者家属及接触者检查发现病人2例。结论：宁波市麻风病处于输入性散发为主的低流行地区,今后防治的最佳对策是加强综合性医院就诊检查麻风病,结合接触者检查和疫点调查,并开展来自高流行地区流动人口的健康教育和筛查。

Epidemic situation analysis of leprosy in Ningbo from 2004 to 2010

Objective To analyze retrospectively the newly diagnosed leprosy cases of Ningbo from 2004 to 2010 for further prevention and cure.Methods Data of the newly diagnosed leprosy cases were investigated and analyzed.Results From 2004 to 2010,26 leprosy patients were newly diagnosed,17 male and 9 female.The average incidence rate was 0.045 per 100,000 population.Multi-bacteria type patients occupied 84.62% among them.Twenty-three leprosy patients were imported cases,the mean age was 31.05 years,and the average delayed time was 16.92 months.Nine patients infected through family contacts,and 24 were discovered in dermatology clinic.Two leprosy patients were discovered from patients’ household contacts.Conclusion The newly diagnosed leprosy cases were mainly imported ones in Ningbo where is a low epidemic area.The future prevention measures are to strengthen inspection in comprehensive hospitals,combined with contact inspection and investigation,and to carry out health education and screening among floating population from the high epidemic regions.
