摘    要:目的 建立分光光度法测定酚磺乙胺注射液中抗氧剂的含量.方法 在EDTA2 -存在的酸性条件下,利用亚硫酸氢根与甲醛和碱性品红作用生成的紫红色复合物,在553 nm处测定吸光度,以此测定亚硫酸氢钠含量.结果 亚硫酸氢钠在8.645~51.873 μg·mL-1吸光度与浓度呈良好的线性关系(r2=0.999 7),平均回收率为97.5%(n=6),RSD为1.4%.结论 本法简便、快速、准确,专属性好,可用于测定酚磺乙胺注射液中抗氧剂的含量.

Abstract:Objective To establish a colorimetric method to determine the antioxidant content of etamsylate injection.Methods The content of sodium bisulfite was determined by measuring the absorbance of a burgundy complex compound at 553 nm,which was the product reacted by sodium bisulfite,formaldehyde and fuchsin basic in the acidic environment with EDTA.Results The linear range of sodium bisulfite was 8.645-51.873 μg·mL-1(r2=0.999 7).The average recovery was 97.5%(n=6),RSD=1.4%.Conclusion The method is simple,rapid,and accurate,and can be used to determine the antioxidant content of etamsylate injection.
