肿胀技术脂肪抽吸术后并发症的预防

目的：探讨肿胀技术脂肪抽吸术后并发症的预防。方法：自1997年来，应用XYQ-2型脂肪吸取器行肿胀技术脂肪抽吸术135例。结果：经6～12月临床随访，手术效果明显，术后血肿发生1例，皮肤凹凸不平3例、远期无皮肤感觉减退及瘀斑、无脂肪栓塞、深静脉栓塞及急性肺栓塞等严重并发症发生。结论：肿胀技术脂肪抽吸术，安全有效，但存在并发症尤其是严重并发症的可能，认真对待术前、术中、术后三个环节是预防或减少并发症发生的关键。

Prevention of complications of liposcution with tumescent technique

Objective To investigate the prevention of complication of liposuction with tumescent technique. Methods Since 1997,this method has been used in 135 patients of liposuction with tumescent technique. Results From 6 to 12 months follow-up,the postoperative was satisfactory. One patient of bleeding occured ,three patient of wrinkling occurred and no severe complications occured. Conclusion Although the technique of liposuction is safe and effective,it is unavoidable of general complications,even severe complications.It is very important to take the factors in preoperative,midoperative and postoperative serious to prevent the complications.
