大黄虫丸超微粉剂对肾间质纤维化模型大鼠血流变的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨大黄虫丸超微粉剂对肾间质纤维化模型大鼠血流变的影响,并论证其抗纤维化机制。方法:通过单侧输尿管结扎术建立肾间质纤维化大鼠模型,观察大黄虫丸超微粉剂对该模型大鼠血清尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(SCr)、透明质酸酶(HA)、层粘连蛋白(LN)、Ⅲ型前胶原(PCⅢ)、Ⅳ型胶原(CⅣ)、全血黏度150/s切变率、30/s切变率、5/s切变率、1/s切变率以及血细胞比容的影响。结果:大黄虫丸超微粉剂能显著降低肾间质纤维化大鼠血清BUN、SCr、HA、LN、PCⅢ、CⅣ以及全血黏度150/s切变率、30/s切变率、5/s切变率、1/s切变率、血细胞比容指数。结论:大黄虫丸超微粉剂对肾间质纤维化大鼠血流变的改善,进一步证明了活血化瘀是其抗肾间质纤维化机制之一。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the effects of ultrafine powder of Daihuang Zhechong pill(UPDHZCP) on hemorheology in rats with renal interstitial fibrosis(RIF),and further demonstrate the mechanism of UPDHZCP in antagonizing RIF.Methods:The RIF models were established by the unilateral ureteral obstruction(UUO),and to observe the influence of UPDHZCP on the serum urea nitrogen(BUN),creatinine(SCr),hyaluronidase(HA),laminin(LN),Ⅲ pro-collagen(PCⅢ),Ⅳ collagen(CⅣ),blood viscosity at shear rate in 150/s,30/s,5/s,1/s and the hematocrit.Results:UPDHZCP distinctly could reduce the indexes of serum BUN,SCr,HA,LN,PCⅢ,CⅣ,blood viscosity which at a different shear rate and hematocrit in RIF rats.Conclusion:UPDHZCP can improve the hemorheology in rats with RIF,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis method is one of the mechanism for it in antagonizing RIF.
