| 摘 要： | 促进心性水肿难治的因素有:肺部感染、低蛋白血症、肾上腺糖皮质激素缺乏、用非类固醇抗炎药(消炎痛、阿斯匹林、保泰松等)、稀释性低钠血症、难治心衰。本文提出了对处理这些因素的具体措施、并报告一例难治水肿的治疗经过。

| Abstract: | The factors that make refractory cardiac edema are pulmonary infection,hypoalbuminemia, inadecuate cortisone, the use of non-steroid anti-inflammatory agents, diluted bypenatremia and refractery heart failure.The metdobs of treatments of these factors are suggested anb the therapeu-tic process to one case is reported in this article. |
