摘    要:外泌体是近年来十分热门的话题,它是一种极微小的囊泡样物质,是由细胞分泌并帮助细胞与细胞之间传递生物信息的一种特殊物质。外泌体可携带肿瘤的遗传信息,向周围细胞组织,甚至远处细胞组织传递癌症信号,在肿瘤的发生机制中起到重要作用,可以参与肿瘤的生长、侵袭、转移、耐药等多种环节当中。近年来,中药在胃癌治疗中也被证实了可以影响外泌体的相关机制,外泌体在胃癌的诊治方面表现出较好的前景,特别是中药在治疗胃癌中与外泌体之间的联系。研究中药对肿瘤外泌体的影响,从微观的角度探求一条新的中药治疗胃癌的发展道路是亟待解决的问题。本文从外泌体对胃癌的作用机制及中药干预外泌体影响胃癌疗效等方面进行综述,希望能为胃癌的治疗提供更好、更新的助力。

Abstract:Exosomes are a hot topic in recent years.Exosomes are tiny vesicle-like substances that are secreted by cells and help transmit biological information from cell to cell.Exosomes can carry genetic information of tumors and transmit cancer signals to surrounding cells and even distant cells,playing an important role in the pathogenesis of tumors and participating in tumor growth,invasion,metastasis,drug resistance and other links.In recent years,TCM has also been proved to affect the related mechanism of exosome in the treatment of gastric cancer,and exosome has shown a good prospect in the diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer,especially the relationship between TCM and exosome in the treatment of gastric cancer.It is an urgent problem to study the effect of Traditional Chinese medicine on tumor exosomes and explore a new development path of traditional Chinese medicine for gastric cancer from the microscopic point of view.This paper reviews the mechanism of exosome action on gastric cancer and the effect of Chinese traditional medicine intervention on the effect of exosome on gastric cancer,hoping to provide better and newer support for the treatment of gastric cancer.
