Abstract:Objective:To analyze Zangfu syndrome differentiation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)at stable stage belonging to phlegm-dampness constitution by using fuzzy mathematics method,and to further explore its relationship with related detection indexes.Methods:186 COPD patients of phlegm-dampness constitution were differentiated their syndromes and determined the pathological location based on the"near selection principle"in fuzzy mathematics,the relationship between them and detection indexes was further statistically analyzed.Results:(1)186 COPD patients of phlegm-dampness constitution at stable stage,included 84 cases(45.16%)of phlegm-dampness obstruction of lung,64 cases(34.41%)of phlegm-dampness obstruction of spleen and stomach,and 38 cases(20.43%)of phlegm-dampness obstruction of heart.(2)Among the above three kinds of syndromes,the severity of m MRC index was followed by phlegm-dampness obstruction of heart syndrome>phlegm-dampness obstruction of spleen and stomach syndrome>phlegm-dampness obstruction of lung syndrome,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Comparison of lung function showed thatFEV1/predicted%of phlegm-dampness obstruction of lung syndrome>phlegm-dampness obstruction of spleen and stomach syndrome>phlegm-dampness obstruction of heart syndrome,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),FVC of phlegm-dampness obstruction of heart syndrome was lower than the other two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),FEV1/FVC%of the three groups had no statistical significance.The difference in BMI was statistically significant(P<0.05).The smoking index and the times of acute aggravation in patients with phlegm-dampness obstruction of heart syndrome were significantly higher than those with phlegm-dampness obstruction of lung and phlegm-dampness obstruction of spleen and stomach(P<0.05).Conclusion:The fuzzy mathematical method can comprehensively reflect the correlation between COPD patients of phlegm-dampness constitution and Zangfu syndrome differentiation.With the change and progress of the disease,the detection indexes of TCM syndrome change along with it.Combined with patients’biased constitution and viscera positioning,more targeted treatment based on syndrome differentiation is more conducive to the individualized treatment of COPD in stable period.
