扶正消瘤合剂治疗中晚期恶性肿瘤临床观察

将１２０例无手术适应证且因一般状况较差而不能接受放化疗，中医辨证属气虚血瘀的中晚期癌瘤患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例。治疗组用扶正消瘤合剂治疗；对照组则予化痰散结方药治疗，两组均治疗１个月。结果：治疗组大多数患者的主要症状如神疲乏力、少气懒言、食欲减退、疼痛等明显改善，生存质量得到提高，机体细胞免疫功能保持稳定，与对照组比较差异显著；治疗组的肿瘤进展率为３．３３％．而对照组则为１５．００％（Ｐ＜Ｏ．０５）。

Clinical Study on Effect of Fuzheng Xiaoliu Mixture in Treating Malignant Tumour in Middle of Advanced Stage

One hundred and twenty patients with malignant tumour in middle or advanced stage diagnosised in TCM assyndrome of Qi-deficiency plus blood-stasis were randomly divided into two groups, 60 cases were treated with Fuzheng Xiaoliumixture as treatment group. while the other 60 cases with the composed Chinese herbs to eliminate phlegm and dissipate mases ascontrol group. Both groups were treated for one month. The results showed that the improvment rates of main symptoms and living quality in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group. The functions of cellular immune in thetreatment group kept stable, while those in the control group reduced. The rate of progressive disease in treatment group was3. 33%, and that in the control group was 1. 00% (P <0. 05). The study showed that the Fuzheng Xiaoliu mixture have effecton improving the living quality of tumour patients and inhibiting tumour development.
