黄芪对实体瘤鼠免疫功能影响

为探讨黄芪对实体瘤鼠免疫功能的影响，将４０ 只实体瘤鼠分为４ 组，分别用黄芪、ＣＴＸ、黄芪加ＣＴＸ、生理盐水进行腹腔注射 ８ ｄ。检测其血清中免疫球蛋白（ＩｇＡ、ＩｇＭ 、ＩｇＧ）含量和ＳＯＤ 活性。结果黄芪组ＩｇＧ 含量升高，与对照组（生理盐水组）比较有显著性差异（ Ｐ ＜ ０．０１），黄芪加ＣＴＸ 组ＩｇＭ 的升高（ Ｐ ＜ ０．０１）、ＩｇＧ 明显增加（ Ｐ ＜ ０．０１），黄芪组及黄芪加ＣＴＸ组ＳＯＤ 显著升高（ Ｐ＜ ０．０１）。说明黄芪可明显改善实体瘤鼠的免疫状态。

Effects of Huangqi on Immune Function of Transplanted Tumors of Mice

Object: To observe the effect of Huangqi on immune function of transplanted tumors of mice. Method: Divied 40 transplanted tumors of mice into 4 groups, each by ip. Huangqi, CTX, Huangqi plus CTX and normal sali. for 8 days, to check the contents of Ig (IgA, IgM,IgG) and SOD activation in their serum. Result: The IgG contents of Huangqi group was raised, in comparision with the control group, there was remarkable differences ( P<0.01); the IgM contents of Huangqi plus CTX group was raised ( P<0.05), the IgG contents of this group was remarkably raised ( P<0.01), SOD of above two groups were remarkably raised too ( P<0.01). Conclusions: Huangqi can remarkably improve the immune condition of transplanted tumors of mice, it offers reliable experimental foundations of clinical medical.
