| 摘 要： | 人类白细胞抗原(HLA)在机体抗肿瘤的免疫效应机制中起到了关键作用.对HLA-Ⅰ类、Ⅱ类分子与食管癌及人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染相关食管癌的研究,有助于了解HLA在食管癌的发生、发展过程中所起的作用,为食管癌的早期诊断和治疗提供依据.

| Abstract: | Human leukocyte antigen (HLA) playes a key role in the organism anti-tumor's immuno- logical reactivity mechanism. This article refer to HLA Ⅰ kind ,Ⅱ kind of molecular and human papilloma vi- rus HPV infection related with esophagus carcinoma research performs separately, is helpful in understanding the role of HLA in esophagus cancer's occurrence process development, provide the new ideas for early diagno- sis and the treatment of esophagus carcinoma. |
