| 摘 要： | 目的:阐述住院患者经济负担结构变化的原因,以及药品费用在住院总费用中的变化走向。方法:根据国家公布的卫生统计数据,统计描述和分析综合医院住院患者药品费用占住院总费用比重的变化趋势。结果:造成住院患者医疗费用不断增加的主因正在逐步转向非药品费用。结论:未来一段时间内住院患者药品费用在占总费用比重仍将继续下降。

| Abstract: | Objective:To discuss the reasons of the cost change in hospitals and the trend of the drug cost change inside the total hospitalization expenses in the future.Method:The change of the inpatients' drug cost inside their total ex- penses was analyzed according to the data firm Chinese health statistic summaries.Result:The principal reason that made medical expenses increased was gradually shifting to other aspects than drugs.Conclusion:The proportion to drug costs and patients' overall expenses would be decreased continually,and yet the drug costs would keep increasing in the near future. |
