摘    要:目的观察基于雨课堂的TBL教学法在护理本科生急诊临床教学中的应用效果。方法选取2019年7月29日至9月22日在急诊科实习的60名护理本科生为对照组,采用传统教学法;2019年9月23日至11月17日实习的60名护生为观察组,采用基于雨课堂的TBL教学法。最后比较两组护生各项考核成绩、带教满意度,同时调查观察组护生对该教学法的评价。结果经过4周临床带教后,观察组护生的各项考核成绩、带教满意度显著高于对照组(均P<0.05);96.7%(58/60)的观察组护生认可此教学方法。结论基于雨课堂的TBL教学法可以明显提高护生的考核成绩和带教满意度,值得推广应用。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effects of the team-based learning(TBL)teaching method based on rain classroom in the clinical teaching of emergency nursing for nursing undergraduates.Methods A total of 60 nursing undergraduates practicing in the emergency department from July 29 to September 22,2019 were selected as the control group,and received conventional teaching methods.Another 60 nursing undergraduates practicing from September 23 to November 17,2019 were selected as the observation group,and received the TBL teaching method based on rain classroom.The examination scores and the satisfaction with teaching of the students in the two groups were compared.Evaluation on the new teaching method from the students of the observation group was also surveyed.Results After 4 weeks of clinical teaching,the examination scores and the satisfaction with teaching of the students in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the students in the control group(both P<0.05);96.7%(58/60)of the students in the observation group accepted this new teaching method.Conclusions The TBL teaching method based on rain classroom can significantly improve nursing students’examination scores and their satisfaction with teaching,and is worthy of popularization and application.
