摘    要:强化大豆高支链氨基酸混合物(Ⅰ)是采用特殊工艺水解大豆蛋白后,添加少量个别氨基酸组成。其氨基酸组成的特点是,支链氨基酸含量高,芳香族氨基酸含量低,氨基酸模式类似HEP-Ⅱ肝病氨基酸组成。动物实验表明,该种氨基酸混合物能改善D-氨基半乳糖致大鼠肝性脑病症状,使血清支/芳比正常化,减少动物死亡数等。这些结果提示,强化大豆高支链氨基酸混合物(Ⅰ)对肝性脑病有较好的治疗作用。

Abstract:The enriched soybean high branched-chain amino acid mixture(I) was composed of soybean protein hydrolyzed by special method with a few typies additional amino acids in small amounts.The mixture(I)containd high amounts of branched-chain amino acids and low of aromatic amino acids. Its amino acid pattern was similar to that of HEP-II.The animal experiments showed that the mixture(I) could improve hepatic encephalopathy induced by D-galactosamine in rats,and normalize the serum ration of leu-cine, isoleucine and valine to phenylalamine and tyrosine, and increase survival of rats. These results suggested that the mixture(I) has a better curative effect on hepatic encephalopathy.
