| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨MRI 3点定位 ( 3PPS)技术在脊柱侧弯中的应用价值。方法 对 12例普通X线平片显示脊柱侧弯的患者 ,应用MRI 3PPS扫描技术 ,采用自旋回波T1WI及T2 WI序列 ,完成在 1幅图像上显示整个脊柱及椎管内脊髓全貌。结果 12例中1例失败 ,其余 11例均可在 1幅图像上完整显示扭曲的脊柱及椎管内脊髓的全貌 ,了解脊柱侧弯的程度、椎体骨质异常及椎管内脊髓受压变形等改变。结论 磁共振 3PPS技术的应用 ,大大提高了对脊柱畸形诊断的直观性和准确性 ,对手术治疗有极大的指导作用

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the value of magnetic resonance imaging 3 points planscan skill (3PPS) in scanning scoliosis.Methods T_1WI sequence and T_2WI sequence were performed using magnetic resonance imaging 3 points planscan skill in 12 patients with scoliosis showed by scout films.Results Of 12 cases,11 cases got complete imaging of whole spinal canal and spinal cord on one image.The characteristics such as curvature degree of spine,abnormal vertebrea and the compressed degree of the spinal cord could be showed clearly.Conclusion The application of 3PPS greatly improves the diagnostic accuracy of scoliosis and is of significant value for operation management. |
