薄芝糖肽联合利巴韦林和喜炎平治疗手足口病的疗效观察

目的观察薄芝糖肽联合利巴韦林和喜炎平治疗手足口病的临床疗效。方法选择2011年5—9月我院收治的手足口病患儿120例，完全随机平分为研究组和对照组，2组均给予利巴韦林和喜炎平静脉滴注，研究组在此治疗基础上加用薄芝糖肽注射液2ml溶人5％葡萄糖液50ml中静脉滴注，1次／d，均治疗5d。结果治疗5d后，研究组总有效率为100．0％（60／60），对照组为86．7％（52／60）。研究组疗效明显优于对照组（P〈0．01）。研究组热退时间、溃疡愈合时间及手足皮疹消退时间较对照组明显缩短（1．1±0．7）d比（3．0±1．2）d，（2．8±0．6）d比（3．6±0．9）d，（2．2±0．8）d比（3．9±0．8）d，均P〈0．01]。结论薄芝糖肽联合利巴韦林和喜炎平治疗手足口病，能迅速缓解临床症状，疗效确切。

Effect of bozhi glycopeptide combined with ribavirin and xiyanping on hand-foot-mouth disease

Objective To observe curative effect of bozhi glycopeptide combined with ribavirin and xiyanping on patients with hand-foot-mouth disease （ HFMD ）. Methods One hundred and twenty patients with HFMD from May 2011 to September 2011 were randomly divided into study group and control group. All patients were treated with ribavirin and xiyanping. In the study group bozhi glycopeptide injection was added to the treatment used in the control group. Results After treatment for 5 days, the total effective rate in the study group was 100.0% （60/60）, higher than that in the control group（86.7%, 52/60） （P 〈0.01 ）. The time of heat back, ulcer healing and deflorescence in study group were less than those in control group （ 1.1 ± 0. 7 ） d vs （ 3.0 ± 1.2 ） d, （2.8±0.6）dvs （3.6±0.9）d, （2.2±0.8）dvs （3.9±0.8）d, allP〈0.01]. Conclusions The curative effect of bozhi glycopeptide combined with ribavirin and xiyanping on hand-foot-mouth disease is reliable. It can alleviate clinical symptoms quickly.
