摘    要:目的探讨腹腔镜辅助改良Soave’s法I期根治小儿先天性巨结肠症的手术方式,并评价临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2010年9月至2011年9月行腹腔镜辅助改良Soave’s法I期根治小儿先天性巨结肠11例患儿的临床资料。结果11例患儿中男8例,女3例;年龄4个月至11岁。常见型6例,短段型4例,长段型1例。11例患儿手术时问80~130min,平均(120±10)rain,术中平均出血量为(20±5)ml,肠蠕动恢复平均时间为(24±4)h,愈合后瘢痕不明显,无并发症发生。结论腹腔镜辅助下行小儿先天性巨结肠根治术可行,具有直观、创伤小,在分离盆底直肠方面优于开放手术,具有恢复快、疗效好等优点。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of one-stage operation of laparoscopic-assisted modified Soave's method treating hirschsprung's disease (HD), Methods The clinical data of 11 children with hirschsprung disease in the last 2 years was reviewed. Results The surgical procedures of 11 cases were successfully performed by laparoscopy, including 6 cases of common segment, 4 cases of short segment and 1 case of long segment. All operations were completed with laparoscopy in 80-130 min with an aver~/ge (120+ 10) min. There was very little bleeding during the procedure [ average (20 + 5 ) ml ] and no significant scar. The average hospital stay was 7-8 days. Conclusions The laparoscopic-assisted treatment of hirschsprung's disease is feasible with little trauma, quick recovery and good curative effect. The separation of the rectum in pleric floot is superior to open surgery.
