| 摘 要： | 单核细胞趋化蛋白1(MCP-1)作为单核细胞的特异性趋化和激活信号分子,多项研究表明,其为肿瘤内巨噬细胞浸润量的决定因素。MCP-1诱导巨噬细胞瘤内浸润,有抑瘤和促瘤的双向作用。MCP-1在妇科肿瘤中也有相似的作用。本文就MCP-1在妇科肿瘤中的作用予以综述。

| Abstract: | Monocyte chemoattractant protein(MCP-1)is a special signaling molecule for the special tendency and activation of mononuclear cells.Many researches indicated that it is the determinative factor of quantity of macrophage invasion in tumor.MCP-1 induced macrophages to infiltrate in tumors,and has dual effect of promoting tumor and inhibiting tumor.MCP-1 has similar effect in gynecological tumors.This article reiews the effect of MCP-1 in gynecological tumors. |
