摘    要:[目的]探讨改变体位对泌尿系结石体外震波碎石病人疼痛的影响。[方法]将120例行体外碎石的病人分为改变体位组和使用镇痛剂组各60例,改变体位组在碎石的过程中根据病人的自我感觉改变治疗体位数次,术前不用镇痛剂;镇痛剂组病人术前应用镇痛剂,比较两组病人在碎石过程中的焦虑、疼痛程度、血压、脉搏的变化等。[结果]两组病人碎石后血压、心率、焦虑程度差异有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05);两组疼痛程度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。[结论]体位改变可减轻碎石病人的疼痛,避免镇痛药带来的不良反应。

Abstract:Objective: To probe into the influence of changing body position on the pain of patients with urinary system stone undergoing extracorporeal seismic waves stone broken. Methods: A total of 120 cases of patients underwent extracorporeal seismic waves stone broken were divided into two groups equally. Patients of test group changed their body position several times based on whatever they wanted and no painkillers were given before underwent extracorporeal seismic waves stone broken. Patients of control group were given analgesics before operation. Indexes including anxiety, pain, blood pressure and pulsation of patients of the two groups during the seismic waves stone broken were compared with each other. Results: There is statistical significant difference between the two groups patients in terms of blood pressure, heart rate and anxiety levels after underwent seismic waves stone broken (P<0.01 or [WTBX]P[WTBZ]<0.05). However, there was no statistical significant difference(P>0.05) in terms of pain degree between the two groups. Conclusion: Body position changing can relieve pain of patients undergoing extracorporeal seismic waves stone broken and avoid the adverse reaction induced by analgesics.
