| 摘 要： | 目的 :应用血脂康治疗慢性肾功能衰竭腹膜透析病人高脂血症 ,观察血脂康的降脂疗效。方法 :随机将腹膜透析病人分成血脂康组与对照组 ,检测治疗前后血脂水平 ,观察血脂康治疗后的变化幅度。结果 :治疗前二组各项生化指标间差异无显著性意义 ( P>0 .0 5 ) ,治疗后血脂各项指标与治疗前有显著性差异 ( P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :腹膜透析病人加用血脂康治疗高脂血症可改善各项血脂指标 ,对改善脂质代谢紊乱和阻止肾衰竭进展有益

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the curativee effect of xuezhikang against chronic renal failure peritoneal dialysis patient's hyperlipidemia.Methods:To divide peritoneal dialysis patients into xuezhikang group and contro1 group randomly,to examine their serum lipid levels before and after treatment,and to observe the serum Iipid decreasing range after treatment of xuezhikang.Results:Patients'serum lipid parameters of xuezhikang group have prominent differences after treatment compared with those of the control group( P <0 05),while every biochemical parameters between two groups have no prominent differences before treatment ( P >0 05).Conclusion:Peritoneal dialysis patient's serum lipid parameters can be improved after using xuezhikang.Xuezhikang can improve lipodystrophia and prevent chronic renal failure progression effectively. |
