| 摘 要： | 目的探讨放疗对鼻咽癌患者免疫功能的影响。方法用流式细胞术检测134例初治鼻咽癌患者放疗前后细胞免疫表型的改变,比较两者免疫功能状况。结果134例患者放疗后CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+的均值比放疗前明显降低(P<0.01),CD8+明显升高。结论放射治疗可使鼻咽癌患者免疫功能明显下降,尤其是CD4+/CD8+的表达,提示放疗期间应辅以免疫治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the impact of radiotherapy on the immune function of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods A total of 134 cases of previously untreated patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma were studied.Cellular immune phenotype(CD3+,CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+) changes were tested by flow cytometry and the immune function was compared before and after radiotherapy.Results Levels of CD3+,CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ decreased significantly(P<0.01) after radiation,while the level of CD8+ increased significantly.Conclusion Radiotherapy can weaken immune function and reduce the expression of CD4+/CD8+,suggesting that the immunotherapy should be supplemented during irradiation. |
